In the app
Open Your account at the top of the app's home screen, then tapDelete my account. You confirm with your password, and you are signed out everywhere.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@parkingmaster.app from the email address you sign in with. Say which company the account belongs to. We confirm the request with you, and complete it within 30 days.
Staff accounts
A company's owner can deactivate a staff member's access at any time. A staff member can also ask us to delete their account, as above.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Your account details (your name, email and mobile phone number) are anonymised within 30 days of the request, and your sign-in stops working. The one exception is the audit records below.
- Audit and accounting records, including who performed an action, are kept for 6 years, with the names and emails in their snapshots, as accounting and fraud records. IP addresses in audit records follow the 30-day rule.
- Money records (payments, receipts, shift cash) are kept for 6 years, for accounting and tax. Their plate details are anonymised at 12 months. Amounts, dates and receipt numbers are never altered.
- Backups age out within 30 days, so a deletion is complete everywhere within 60 days at most, apart from the records kept for 6 years above.
