1. Who we are
Parking Master is provided by Parking Master, Asia International Market, Zindabazar, Sylhet ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every company that signs up for Parking Master (a "customer") and to every person who uses it on a customer's behalf. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
2. The service
Parking Master is a parking management and point-of-sale service: an Android app for the gate and the counter, and the online service behind it. It records check-ins and checkouts, cash and receipts, cash shifts and reports. Prices and totals are calculated by the service from the customer's own settings.
3. Accounts and staff
- The person who creates a company's account is its owner, and is responsible for who it gives access to.
- Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your password private, and tell us of any misuse.
- A customer is responsible for what its staff do with the service.
4. Your data and our role
The records a customer keeps about the cars that use its car parks (plates, visits and payments) belong to that customer: it decides what is recorded and why, and we process those records for it. We are responsible for the account data of owners and staff. Our privacy policy says what we collect, who processes it for us, and how long it is kept.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service only to run your car parks lawfully. Do not try to reach another customer's data, disrupt or overload the service, get around its security or limits, or copy or resell it.
6. Fees
Any fees for the service are agreed between us and the customer in writing. These terms set no price.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We may improve or change the service and these terms. When these terms change, we update this page and its date, and continuing to use the service means you accept the change.
8. Receipts
Receipts printed by Parking Master record a parking payment. They are not VAT (Mushak) invoices, and they carry no tax lines. A customer that must issue tax invoices remains responsible for doing so.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect data entered by a customer or its staff. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Ending the service, and deletion
A customer may stop using the service at any time, and may ask us to delete its account (see Delete your account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On deletion, data is anonymised or kept as the privacy policy describes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
